General Policies

• Please read through the Terms of Service carefully before purchasing a course from GMT.Live. By using our website you are agreeing to these general policies and that you agree to comply with them.
• This Terms of Service supersedes all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you.
• The prices of the classes will be as quoted on our site from time to time. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the quoted prices are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However if we discover an error in a price, we reserve the right not to accept your order at the incorrect price.
• The classes that GMT provide are always evolving and the form and nature of the classes may change from time to time. GMT reserves the right to change the teachers, content or other aspects of the class with prior notice to you.
• GMT is authorised to make recordings of users voices and their spoken or written thoughts. GMT reserves the rights to use these recordings, spoken and written thoughts, as well as name, voice, identity, in complete or partial form, in connection with any works that GMT may create in any media format now known or later developed, including, without limitation, books, publications, video, Internet.
• All contents and graphics of this website remain the property of GMT. Users cannot copy, reproduce, edit, download, transmit or distribute any component of the website for commercial purpose without asking for and receiving written permission from an authorised representative from GMT.
• All lesson resources are intellectual property of GMT, and are for the sole use of the user. Any infringement thereof, i.e. making copies, misappropriation, selling, or distribution, is subject to criminal and/or civil liability.
• GMT shall not be liable for any default/cancellation/postponing of class due to any act of God, war, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, internet/electrical outage or other event beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
• GMT may prevent a user from continuing with lessons if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user have violated these Terms of Service or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with the use of GMT.Live. GMT reserves the right to take any necessary measures to remove or suspend any users suspected of misuse, inappropriate activity or impersonation.
• A class is defined as NO SHOW if the student has not joined the class within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class may be cancelled, without any compensatory class and will be treated as a missed class, fully chargeable.
• For NO SHOW due to technical issues, GMT will arrange for compensatory classes if the student/guardian has reached out to the teacher/ GMT help desk at least 3 hours before the scheduled classes. In case technical issues are experienced during or before the class hours, GMT will arrange for compensatory classes, if the reported issue is found true and is validated by GMT team.
